The sculptural open heart pendant is hallmarked “(c) Tiffany&Co Peretti 925 Spain,” and hangs from a 16" sterling silver chain hallmarked “Peretti Tiffany&Co.” Classic Peretti design with soft organic lines that has remained one of Tiffany’s most iconic silhouettes.
